SMOKING: smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Fine of R$400,00 for violation.

CIGARETTE BUTTS: do not throw them from the balcony. Fine of R$400,00.

MAINTENANCE: report any damage or issue immediately.

TRASH: dispose of garbage in the designated areas and keep the space clean and organized. It is strictly forbidden to discard syringes, needles, or sharp materials in regular trash; fine of R$400,00.

EQUIPMENT: turn off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when leaving.

PARTIES AND NOISE: not allowed. Please respect quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
